2. Creator Tool & Connected Accounts
- Account Authorization: Creators connect their social media profiles through official platform OAuth consent screens. By connecting an account, you represent that you are the legitimate owner or authorized administrator of that account.
- Revocation: You retain complete control over your accounts and may revoke Bolea Labs' API access at any moment through the respective platform's security and app management portal.
- Compliance with Platform Rules: You agree to abide by the Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Developer Policies of every third-party platform to which you publish content.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
When using our software or API integrations, you agree not to:
- Publish or distribute illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Engage in automated spamming, artificial metric manipulation, or repetitive bulk uploads that violate third-party developer policies.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass authentication controls or rate limits of the Service or connected APIs.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software source code, branding, and original production assets produced directly by Bolea Labs remain the exclusive property of Bolea Labs. Creators who use our software retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of their own uploaded media, scripts, and original materials.
5. Service Availability & Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties. Bolea Labs is not responsible for upstream outages, rate-limit changes, or policy enforcement actions enacted by third-party social media networks.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate software access for any user who violates these Terms of Service or third-party platform policies.
